Our rooms at this place were exceptionally nice and beautiful with shared bathroom. The location was awesome, for example, Chocomuseo Panajachel was not very far from the hotel.

The staff was amazing, kept everything clean and awesome. Location: the hotel was not far from the ferry port, and mountain. On the whole reasonably priced food; Almendros was in the vicinity.

Nice pool, parking on-site. The room huge and large, bed comfortable. Lots of outstanding options for meal. Friendly service from the superfriendly, amicable staff members. The location particularly good and unbeatable to both the bus stop.

The common areas were lively and vibrant, perfect for meeting other travelers.

The check-in process took too long due to insufficient staff at the reception.

We loved the spacious room and the fun beach bar vibe. The kids enjoyed the morning yoga sessions and canoeing around the lake. It was a fantastic spot for family bonding and relaxation.

In my kids' opinion, the pool cleanliness could be improved.

We kicked off our mornings with a fun kayak around the lake and enjoyed great evening entertainment. The common areas were lively, and the room was spacious and clean, a perfect base for our adventures.

Sound seemed to travel through the glass door, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

I had a decent couple of nights at Socialtel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the water taxis. My suite was spacious, with clean rooms and hot showers. I appreciated the chance to hang out with the local stray dogs, a highlight. The common areas were vibrant with lots of activities at night. The swimming pool was dirty , and the food didn't impress me-it was rather bland. The staff was friendly and always available to assist, but I hope they improve the maintenance of the pool and add more lounge chairs in the sun.

The cute drink at the beach club set a positive tone for our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was concerning. There was visible trash and a wall in our room was infested with black mold. Despite the perfect location to the ferries, the lack of maintenance overshadowed the experience significantly.

I loved how close the hotel was to Lake Atitlan, just a short walk away, and the nearby ChocoMuseo was such a sweet addition to my strolls through the area, offering a good way to indulge in some local treats. The pool was also great. Single travelers will feel right at home here with friendly staff and many activities to join in.

Awesome spot for locals and travelers alike

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The beach bar nearby was great, especially for New Year's Eve. Rooms were super spacious and clean. The local staff were super friendly. Minor issue with the bathroom lock though, it was broken. Breakfast was solid but could use a bit more variety.

The vibrant atmosphere and well-equipped kitchen made my stay enjoyable, while the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. Relaxing by the pool was a perfect way to unwind after exploring the area.
